These terms govern your use of www.eziicloud.com, the marketing site for the EziiCloud platform. If you use a hospital's website or patient portal that runs on EziiCloud (for example alwaha.eziicloud.com), that hospital's own terms apply there. They are a separate agreement, published on the hospital's site.
1. About this site
This site is run by Virceton Technologies, the company that makes EziiCloud. It gives product information, details of how hospitals can work with us, and a contact form. It does not give medical advice and is not a patient portal.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are a patient looking for care, please contact your hospital directly or use your hospital's patient portal.
The demonstration hospitals linked from this site are there to show the product. Both, Al Waha Hospital and Care Point Hospital, are fictional: their doctors, addresses and phone numbers are made up. Do not use a demonstration hospital to seek care, and do not enter real health information into it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site lawfully. You will not:
- Submit false information through the demo form.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside an authorised disclosure context.
- Use automated systems to bombard the form (rate limits apply).
- Reproduce the content of this site for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
The text, images, design and code of this site, the names EziiSuite, EziiCare, EziiCloud and EziiDesk, and the Virceton Technologies name and logos belong to Virceton Technologies or are used under licence. You may link to this site freely, and you may quote short extracts (under 100 words) if you say where they come from. Other product and company names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe or compare products.
5. Demo requests
Sending the /contact form is a sales enquiry, not a binding contract. Any commercial relationship between Virceton Technologies and a hospital is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed by both parties.
6. Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about its completeness, correctness or fitness for a particular purpose. Features described here, including those marked as planned, may change. We update the site as the product changes.
This site and EziiCloud are an Alpha release: a preliminary version made available for evaluation. Product descriptions, features and availability are provisional and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a particular feature, date or level of service; such commitments are made only in a signed agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virceton Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this marketing site. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from this site is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees) or the equivalent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The new effective date appears at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
