Everything in
EziiCloud,
in one place.
The hospital's public website, the patient portal, and the platform under both. Everything in the catalogue ships today and can be seen in our live demonstration hospitals. Planned work is listed separately at the end, and labelled.
Built for each hospital
One platform underneath. Your hospital's name on top.
Your data, kept apart
Each hospital's patient records are kept apart from every other hospital's.
White-label branding
Logo, colours, fonts, photos, contact details, mailboxes and the assistant's name are all set per hospital. Patients see your hospital, not ours.
Your own web address
Every hospital gets its own address, such as yourhospital.eziicloud.com. Any other address redirects to it.
Languages and locales by country
The hospital's country sets the languages and local formats, for example English and Hindi in India, Arabic and English in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Right-to-left languages read fully right to left. Further languages and locales can be added for a new country.
Content editor with history
Your team edits the website copy, previews the change, and can see every past version and roll back to it.
Guided setup
We set up your brand, doctors, specialty centres and pages from configuration, not custom code, and train your team. Go-live time depends on your hospital's size and setup; we plan it with you.
Public hospital website, more than 30 pages from day one
Hospital home page
Your hero, contacts, specialty centres, doctors and the main patient journeys on one page.
7 specialty centres
Emergency, Cancer, Heart, Neuro, Ortho, Women's Health and Paediatrics, each with its own page.
Doctor directory
Search and filter your doctors. Each one has a profile page with a booking link.
Book without an account
Visitors can book straight from the website. A patient record is created from their name, email and phone.
About the hospital
Mission, leadership, history and news pages.
Information pages
Billing, medical records, careers, research, donations and contact. Every footer link is a real page.
7 legal pages
Privacy, terms, accessibility, disclaimer, data-access policy, hospital-access agreement and sign-up consent. Each is versioned, so a link can point to the exact version a patient agreed to.
Plan-your-visit pages
First-time visitors, international patients, insurance and virtual care, each with its own guide.
Pages of your own
Add pages the standard set does not cover, per hospital, without a code change.
Patient portal: the health record
Dashboard
Upcoming visits, upcoming video visits and recent consultations, as soon as the patient signs in.
Guided first sign-in
New patients fill in missing details and a two-step health profile, with search for conditions (ICD-10) and medicines.
Conditions
Patients add, update and resolve their conditions.
Vitals and trends
Patients record their vitals, see their history on a chart, and get their BMI worked out.
Medications
One list of current medicines the patient can keep up to date.
Allergies and immunisations
Record allergies, and keep a record of vaccines with their dates.
Hospital stays and procedures
A history of admissions and procedures the patient can view and correct.
Lab results with trends
Results the hospital's lab has released, test by test, with a trend chart and normal, high or low flags.
Documents from your hospital
Reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, bills and receipts, filed by the hospital. Each one can carry a plain-language AI summary.
The whole record on one timeline
Every visit, result and document in date order, with filters. Patients can email the record to themselves.
Visits, bills and messages
Appointment booking
Choose a doctor and a time, in person or by video, then confirm. Print or email the confirmation.
Lab-test booking
Book a lab visit, pick the tests, and see each test's price before confirming.
Reschedule and cancel
Move a visit with the details already filled in, or cancel it with a reason.
Plan a hospital stay
Request a planned admission online. The hospital's front desk confirms it on arrival.
Video-visit check-in
Before a video visit, the patient confirms their details, sees the bill, enters vitals and current medicines, adds lab reports and gives consent.
Video visits
Join from the portal: device check, consent, waiting room, then the call with mute, camera and end controls. Runs on our own video service.
Bills and payments
One statement of bills, payments and refunds, what is still owed, and the running cost of a current stay. Amounts are in the hospital's currency.
Care-team inbox
Messages grouped by sender, with unread counts and hospital announcements. Patients write to a doctor, nurse or staff member. Visit summaries and lab notices arrive here too.
Notifications in the patient's language
Booking, change and cancellation emails, and reminders a day and an hour before, in the patient's own language. SMS and WhatsApp are channels a hospital can switch on.
AI assistant, switched on per hospital
Each hospital decides whether to turn it on, and names it (for example WahaBuddy).
EziiAssist chat
A chat assistant in the portal that answers using the patient's own conditions, medicines and results.
"Explain this"
A plain-language explanation next to lab results and medicines.
Document summaries
A short summary of a hospital document, such as a discharge summary or lab report.
Private by design
The assistant runs on an open medical model on servers Virceton Technologies operates or the hospital hosts. Patient data is not sent to third-party AI services. It avoids clinical advice, steers patients to their doctor, and every AI interaction is logged.
Data rights and standards
FHIR R4 download
Patients can download their record as a FHIR R4 Bundle: conditions, observations, allergies, immunisations, medicines, documents and insurance.
Records requests
Patients ask for copies of their records and follow the request's status. The hospital's medical records team answers it in EziiDesk, and every release is logged.
Close an account, keep the record
Patients can close their sign-in. The hospital keeps the medical record, as hospitals must.
Sign-in options
Email and password, a one-time code by phone, or Sign in with Google.
Coded data
Conditions and lab tests use standard codes (ICD-10, LOINC).
Security and privacy
Health data is the most sensitive data we handle. Full trust page →
Tamper-evident access log
Opening a patient's records is written to an access log that shows who opened what, and when. The log is built so that any change to it shows.
Protected sessions
Signed-in sessions are protected against takeover, encrypted, and expire.
Only your own record
A patient can open only their own record.
Versioned consent
Sign-up and video-visit consent record the exact version the patient agreed to. Video-visit consent follows India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020).
Abuse protection
Sign-in and forms are protected against password guessing and automated abuse.
Strict headers, no public CDNs
HTTPS with HSTS and a strict content security policy. Every script, style and font is served from the hospital's own address.
On the roadmap
Planned. Not available yet.
ABDM / ABHA
Link a patient's ABHA number and fetch records through India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission, with the patient's consent.
Online bill payment
Pay a bill in the portal through a payment gateway.
Health Wallet
Insurance cards, prescriptions and lab requisitions in one place, ready at the front desk.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps for the patient portal. Today the portal works in the phone's browser.
