This policy covers www.eziicloud.com only. If you came here from a hospital's website or patient portal (for example alwaha.eziicloud.com), that hospital is responsible for your health information, and its own privacy policy applies. You will find it on the hospital's site.
1. Who we are
This site is run by Virceton Technologies ("Virceton Technologies", "we", "us"), the company that makes EziiCloud. We are a company incorporated in India, and we are responsible for the details you send us through this site.
2. What we collect
This site collects only what we need to answer your enquiry:
- What you type into the contact form: the type of enquiry, the subject, your name, your work email, your phone number and hospital name if you give them, and your message.
- Technical details sent with the form: your IP address, your browser's user-agent and the time you sent it. We use these to stop spam and abuse.
- Server logs: the pages requested, the response and how long it took, as every web server records. We use them to keep the site running.
We do not collect health information, patient records or payment details on this site. Those are handled on each hospital's own site, under that hospital's policy.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry. A person from our team will contact you, usually within one business day.
- To detect and block spam and automated abuse.
- To find and fix errors and keep the site available.
We never sell your information, share it with advertising networks, profile you across other sites, or use it for advertising. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
4. Where it's kept and who handles it
Your enquiry is stored on the servers that run this site, which are hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and emailed to our sales team at [email protected] through Amazon Web Services' email service (AWS SES). These two providers process it on our behalf, only to host the site and deliver the email. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else. We keep enquiries for no longer than 24 months, then delete them.
5. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR, you can:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Tell us to stop contacting you.

6. Cookies
This site sets only the cookies it needs to run securely: two session cookies, and a security cookie that protects the contact form from forged submissions. They last two hours. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.
7. Children
This site is for hospitals and healthcare businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell anyone we are in touch with about an enquiry.
