An assistant in the patient portal that knows the patient's own record. It runs on an open medical model on servers we operate or your hospital hosts, so patient data is not sent to third-party AI services. Each hospital chooses to switch it on.
A health record patients keep
Conditions, vitals, medicines, allergies, lab results with trends, and hospital documents with plain-language summaries. Patients can download it all as a FHIR R4 file.
